The opening ceremony of the Tangshan people's Hospital Medical group and 2016 annual management training conference was held in Wanda InterContinental Hotel, On October 14th, 2016. Tangshan City health and Family Planning Commission, Director, Li Jianxin, Tangshan City CPPCC Vice Chairman, Tangshan City people's Hospital President Hu Wanning, The City Planning Commission for restructuring the economy director, City Planning Commission, health and medical management director, Each Tangshan City County hospital and every County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine , the Whole Team members of Tangshan people's Hospital , Head nurses and above middle-level cadres. Nearly 400 people attended the opening ceremony of the Tangshan people's Hospital Medical group and 2016 annual management training conference .The conference invited Taiwan Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, director of human resources, Shih-Huai Hsiao to conduct the training lectures.

　　The establishment of Tangshan people's Hospital Medical Group is a new milestone in the history of Tangshan people's hospital. Tangshan people's Hospital Medical Group represents the brand for quality medical service. At 8:30, the medical group ceremony was held in the fifth floor Bodhi hall. The ceremony was presided over by deputy party secretary and vice president of Tangshan people’s hospital Yao Wenbo. The vice president of  Tangshan  people's hospital ，Wang Xizhu, read the draft articles of association of the group. All members of the board of directors vote on the adoption of the articles of association and the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general, Deputy Secretary General of the selection list.

　　After all the attending representatives taking the group photo, the opening ceremony was started. Tangshan City CPPCC Vice Chairman, Tangshan people's Hospital president Hu Wanning gave Welcoming speech. On behalf of all cadres and workers of the Tangshan people's hospital medical group, extended  our warm welcome the leaders and the experts to the ceremony ,expressed heartfelt thanks to all levels of government and health administrative departments concerned to support the establishment of the group. He pointed out that the medical group member unit meeting; marking the Tangshan City people's Hospital Medical Group officially set sail. As a medical group, the core hospital, Tangshan City people's hospital will always put the social benefits in the first place; Cooperate with the county hospital，through technical assistance, personnel training, medical care, two-way referral, tiered medical services , etc. At the same time, we will strictly abide by the articles of association, earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of the hospital, and full play the professional advantages of the hospital, realize the resource sharing of hospital management, discipline construction, clinical medicine and technology application and other resource sharing and in talents, technology, brand and other aspects to provide assistance to the group hospitals. 　　At the meeting, Wang Xizhu, the vice president of the people's Hospital of Tangshan City medical group announced the executive director of the Council, vice chairman, chairman, honorary chairman of the election results. He also expressed that the formal establishment of the Tangshan people's Hospital medical group is the innovation of service mode after the reform of public hospitals in Tangshan City. He hoped that everyone should adhere to the concept of science and technology to promote the development of the hospital, push the standardized operation, shaping service brand, and explore an effective way for other medical groups in the city.
